• All estimates provided by ByHolla Services are free and carry no obligation.
• Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.
• Pricing for services and equipment is confirmed in writing before work begins.
• We reserve the right to revise estimates if project scope changes after the initial assessment.

4. Service Bookings

• Service appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our online contact form.
• We strive for same-day or next-day service for urgent requests, subject to technician availability.
• Emergency and weekend call-outs are available by arrangement for urgent cases.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

5. Warranties

Our installations come with a workmanship warranty. Equipment supplied by ByHolla Services carries the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by service and equipment type and will be communicated before work begins. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
